Turkey Egg Cups

Ingredients:  Nutrition Info:
1/4 cup milk (2.75g)
1 small can mushrooms, drained (0g)
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (1g)
1/2 cup sauteed red bell pepper (3.5g)
5 large eggs
6 slices of deli turkey (2g)
carbs: 9.25g
net carbs per serving: 1.5g
Directions:

  1. Butter 6 muffin tray cups
  2. Line each cup with a slice of deli turkey
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, mushrooms, pepper
  4. Evenly distribute egg mixture into 6 cups
  5. Top with shredded cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
